Dave Isler Promoted to Contact Center Manager at Diggers Hotline

Dave Isler has recently been promoted to the position of Contact Center Manager at Diggers Hotline. 

Isler was named to the position after working at Diggers Hotline nearly six years as a Team Leader in the contact center.  Isler also had leadership experience prior to joining Diggers Hotline as he managed the Research Department at Washington Mutual and supervised Account Administration at ProVantage.   

As Manager, Isler is responsible for all of the operations of the contact center including managing personnel and maintaining the customer service standards of the organization.  Isler will be focused on customer service excellence, employee development, leadership development, and employee satisfaction.  When asked about his new position Isler said he is most looking forward to “working with staff to propel Diggers Hotline forward in a positive direction.”
