Matthew Martens Promoted to Team Leader
at Diggers Hotline

Matthew Martens has recently been promoted to the position of Team Leader at Diggers Hotline.

Martens brings a very strong understanding of Diggers Hotline operations to this role as he has worked within the organization for over 10 years.  He started as a Call Center Representative, then was promoted to Mapping Services Specialist, and most recently held the position of Trainer/Quality Assurance.

As a Team Leader, Martens is responsible for overseeing the daily activities of the Contact Center.  This includes supervision of the Contact Center Representatives and Coaches, ensuring that service level goals are met.  When asked about his goals for this position Martens said he is looking to “provide an outstanding customer experience for our callers, foster a community environment within our center, and develop staff, both as leaders and as employees.”

Martens replaces Dave Isler as Team Leader, who was named Contact Center Manager.

Diggers Hotline is Wisconsin's one-call center. Anyone in the state who is digging, excavating or disturbing the soil is required by law to contact Diggers Hotline at least three working days before beginning work.
