Governor Doyle has signed into law Wisconsin Act 425, which makes changes to Wisconsin State Statute 182.0175, the law which covers the one-call process in Wisconsin and Diggers Hotline.
The new amended version of the law is not available online, but at the Wisconsin Legislature website you can read the changes that Act 425 creates.

Diggers Hotline is Wisconsin's one-call center. Anyone in the state who is digging, excavating or disturbing the soil is required by law to contact Diggers Hotline at least three working days before beginning work.
