Luanne Lo Monte has joined the Diggers Hotline staff as the Manager of Call Center Operations.

Lo Monte comes to Diggers Hotline from Bowling Incorporated, where she managed the Bowling Information Center. Lo Monte also has call center leadership experience with Ameritech, AT&T, American Society for Quality, Sears and Computer Cab Company in London.

She is responsible for the efficient operation of the call center and maintaining high quality of service levels. Lo Monte will also oversee the Diggers Hotline member services department.

Lo Monte replaces Bennet G. Zweifel in the position. Zweifel was named Diggers Hotline’s Vice President of Operations.
