When a caller wishes to have an appointment ticket relocated without waiting six business days (three for the appointment and three after the appointment when the start date and time passes), the caller will need to provide marking instructions and wait three business days. If the work on the original appointment ticket encompasses work that is now on more than one street, multiple locate requests will need to be filed.
