We are available 24 hours a day, seven days a week to take locate request information from excavators and send that information to affected utility members. We are committed to continuing our service for professional excavators, amateur excavators and members.
We strongly encourage you to submit your locate requests online, with one of our Portal products. Most professional excavators are using the ProPortal, but you can decide which is best for you by going to https://www.diggershotline.com/file-a-request
Please remember to enter a valid phone number for the Caller and the Field Representative on your locate request. With the sudden switch to work at home for so many, office phone numbers may no longer the best way for Diggers Hotline or utility locators to contact excavators. Please be sure that the field representative can be reached at the phone number that is entered as the Field Rep phone number.
