To update contacts that impact delivery of locate requests, including off-hour emergency callouts or questions about positive response or adding/changing contractor locator companies:

All mapping related topics and questions, including viewing or reviewing polygon/notification areas or updates to streets and municipalities:

Contact  the mapping department at (800) 982-0299, extension 7 or mapping@diggershotline.com. Please include your station code with your request. Accepted formats include GIS, PDF's, Word Document's, Google Maps, etc. Formats other than GIS will be replicated and sent back for approval prior to updating.
