Portal-Lite

The Portal-Lite is a browser-based tool to enter basic locate request information on new Standard and Planning locate requests. Diggers Hotline staff will complete the mapping, identifying proper facility owners. A confirmation email is then sent for your records. Requests are limited to Standard tickets and Planning tickets and relocates cannot be filed through Portal-Lite. Benefits of Portal-Lite include:

• No training required
• No test 
• Quick online tickets
• No need to learn mapping tools
• Ideal for users not comfortable with ProPortal

To use the Portal-Lite simply sign up on the Portal Access Page. A helpful user's guide is available.
