March 11, 2026Diggers Hotline will conduct server maintenance beginning March 12, 2026 at 6pm resulting in downtime for the contact center. The downtime is expected to last through the overnight hours.
All online portals (ProPortal, Portal-Lite, DIY Portal, and Member Portal) will be unavailable during this time.
Additionally, the Diggers Hotline contact center will only be processing emergency locate requests during this time. If you require an emergency locate request, dial 811.
